King Nub
From Indiana Jones Wiki
King Nub was one of four disciples of the Babylonian god, Marduk. Like the others Nub took one of the parts of the Infernal Machine with him to the Nubian Empire in present-day Sudan. He installed himself as king and had a large tomb built for him deep underground.
Since his machine part is practically a battery, Nub installed various electrical outlets for him and his subjects to use in order to navigate the tomb. He put the machine part in a water chamber and had a metal ball charged with electricity which it can use to zap anyone who got too close. For further methods of protection, Nub created several robotic guardians and posted them in some areas of the tomb. They would then come to life to kill any intruder.
Nub eventually died and was buried in a ornate sarcophagus. Buried with him was a large, polished ruby that was used as an "eye" for his largest robot.
Although his traps and robots were fool-proof in his time period, Nub's machine part was stolen by American archaeologist, Indiana Jones.
